Best Answer: i dunno about the no shoes thing, try buying some of those beach sand slip on shoes, they like 9.99. I use air alert 4. I did it for 3 weeks and took 2 weeks off after that, which week off 2 is ending this sunday.
I have measured my gains yeasterday at my college gym. And i can now grab rim. I have gained 7-9 inches.
I also was doing weight training on off days. I'm sure that if i had not stopped air alert, for other reasons not related to body, i would surely be able to dunk after the 16 weeks of training. Im gonna start all over from week 1 and finish it this time.
